Today I finally got the packages to download and worked on debugging the code which had numerous print statement errors. Most of these were probably due to how the author might have been using an old form of python in his program. If this is the case, it may prove more difficult to fix these errors.
The packages numpy, keras, and matplotlib were successfully installed. If I can follow the tutorial correctly, then I can make the program work soon.
