today I
1.set up an apache server
2. worked on debugging

So I found that there are traceback errors and some error on the parameters for testing. Checking the links available on github and stack overflow revealed similar issues, but with different build environments and conditions to test. I believe I will need more time to work on this as I have not found the help I need tp get this project off the ground.
