VIncent-PM-60-robot and code

i went around trying to find the charger for the controller batteries for a while, but i couldn't find it and use the other one to charge a different set of batteries. Also, the code i was working on was probably correct and my wiring was bad, but after consulting some other students; it turns out it was correct so we/i have no idea what is wrong with it.
