Today, I worked on my 555 timer. I had gotten stuck near the the end of the monostable 555 timer. The issue was that my LED would only stay on. After looking at the diagram from the video countless times and checking most of the wiring, I finally realized that one of the resistors that was connected to ground was supposed to be to power! Once I changed that, it would turn on and off with the button. I then watched the next video in the 555 timer series and began building the third circuit. I have not completed the circuit, but I will probably do that tomorrow.
Next Time:
- Work on the robot project (Donkey Cars)
- Research camera mounts for the Donkey cars
- Convert the C++ code to Python
