today for open lab me and maya worked on the dog food project. we started printing the adjusted piece for the build and then worked on the wiring and the workings of the stepper motor. We had to make a 12v power adapter for the motor controller so we got one of those and soldered some wires to the adapter and screwed it into the controller. Then mr burnham bave us his motor controller, stepper motor, and arduino to look at how it worked and we tested our motor and controller with the arduino code that he used. and it worked :). then the next time we are going to talk to randy on how we can control the arduino with a website and write some code for the arduino to work on a clock or pushbutton command.
